Dear Susan,

            Thank you for the floor plan and specifications. It is an absolutely masterful layout and we really think it is beautiful. We will be speaking with you about some of the pieces in terms of wood tone/color and style, wall colors, kitchen and living dining fixtures and other details, as we get closer to actually starting work.

            We will be pestering you with additional questions as we look for and focus in on the few remaining pieces we need. Your assistance has been invaluable, and we count on continuing our working relationship.
